If you're having trouble viewing a video, here some things to check:

1. Make sure your mobile operator allows video streaming and that it's enabled on your data plan.
2. If you're using a Blackberry, make sure you have the latest version (4.5 or greater) of the firmware. You can download it from your mobile operator's web site.
3. If you receive an error about insufficient memory or file too big, try clearing out other media stored on your device.
